Egg recipes galore

Eggs are a nutritional food and can be prepared in many ways for any meal. Here are three egg recipes that are very tasty and nutritious.

Eggs are an excellent source of protein and vitamin B12. There are various ways of preparing eggs, you can poach, scramble or boil. There are also various recipes involving eggs, below are three very tasty and nutritional ways to eat eggs.

Hamburger Eggs

1 LB hamburger meat

1/4 cup onion

Salt

Pepper

6 eggs

1. In a medium skillet crumble hamburger meat and cook until fully cooked. Drain all oil completely. Return to skillet.

2. Add onion, salt, pepper and eggs. Scramble eggs with meat until eggs are to desired doneness.

Southern Style Deviled Eggs

6 Eggs

1 1/2 tsp. sweet relish

2 Tbs. Mayonnaise

Salt

Pepper

1. Place six eggs in medium saucepan and boil for ten to fifteen minutes. Add five tablespoons of salt to water to aid in peeling eggs.

2. When eggs are done remove from heat and add cool water to pan to speed cooling process.

3. Peel eggs and cut lengthwise. Remove egg yolks and place in separate container. Add relish and mayonnaise with egg yolks and mix well.

4. Take mixture of yolk and place back in egg halves. Salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate until mealtime.

Bacon stuffed eggs

6 eggs

3 slices bacon cooked to a crisp

1 tbs. butter

2 tsp. sweet relish

Mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. mustard

1. Place eggs in boiling water and boil until eggs are hard-boiled. Remove eggs from heat and place in cool water to quicken cooling process.

2. Peel eggs and cut lengthwise, remove egg yolks and place in separate container.

3. Mash and add sweet relish, butter, bacon, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well.

4. Then take mixture and refill egg whites.

Refrigerate until mealtime.
